Paola Gómez

Ms. Gómez has over 9 years of experience in public accounting, specifically at a Big 4 Accounting Firm. She has served client and leads teams in the performance of audits and review services of public and privately-held clients in the banking, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distribution, non-for-profits, real estate and construction entities, among others. She has performed agreed-upon procedures for tax incentives in industries such as film and hospitality. She has also been engaged in complex divestiture transactions of U.S. publicly traded companies. She has participated in a variety of attestation and consulting engagement, including extensive experience in integrated audits under Regulation 404 – Sarbanes Oxley (SOX). She specializes in the design of internal control and evaluation of the operating effectiveness, risk assessments, documentation of processes, narratives, walkthroughs, and flowcharts.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Puerto Rico Society of CPA’s.
